3. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all projects. Estimates are based on information provided by the customer and an initial site assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if project scope changes. Any changes to pricing will be communicated and approved before work proceeds.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified in your contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Project Timeline

We will provide an estimated timeline for your project. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Property Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property during the project timeline. This includes access to work areas, utilities, and parking for our crew and equipment. Please ensure any pets are secured and that the work area is clear of obstacles.

7. Permits and Approvals

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, homeowner association approvals, or property line verification before work begins. We can provide guidance on requirements, but securing approvals is the customer responsibility.

8. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Details of our warranty coverage will be provided in your project contract. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and will be explained during the consultation.

9. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms will be outlined in your contract. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

10. Liability

Ivins Fencing Expert carries appropriate insurance for our work. We are not liable for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed. We are not responsible for existing property damage that is discovered during the project.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
